January December 22 until January 7 Acceptance and rejections will be sent via email
February 20 Guidebook published on web and to  Download app 
March 7, 18:30  Speakers Dinner in Oslo, ASIA, Stranden 1, Aker brygge 

March 8

The boat leaves Oslo at 14:00. If you are arriving from the airport on the 8th please let us know.
